The Communications Committee is to act as the Public Relations arm of the PWB, keeping its members informed of the organization’s current activities, events and initiatives through bi-monthly email communications and social media platforms.

The Events Committee is to be the planning arm for any events involving the PWB, beyond meetings. Events could be planned to benefit the group by networking, education, or for bonding.

The Membership Committee is to promote the PWB to prospective members, provide mentorship to existing members, as well as make new members feel comfortable and engaged in the PWB community. The membership committee's focus should be on creating value for members that facilitates retention and recruitment.

The Philanthropy Committee is to develop a program where the PWB can support and give back to the community. The role of the Philanthropy Committee is to develop goals, priorities, and a framework for a strong culture of philanthropy within our membership and the building community.

The Mentorship Committee is a supportive community dedicated to fostering collaboration, mindful mentorship, and collective growth by sharing experiences and empowering women in the construction industry, and specifically within the PWB organization.
