Customer Service & Sales:
Assist customers in-person, over the phone, and via email with product selection and technical expertise.
Provide personalized recommendations tailored to project specifications and customer needs.
Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and handle transactions through our point-of-sale (POS) system.
Schedule and coordinate deliveries with the yard and dispatch team for timely service.
Research and match specialty bricks or masonry materials; order samples as needed to assist customer projects.
Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships while seeking opportunities to expand the client base.
Input customer information and feedback into the CRM system to enhance service quality.
Make outbound sales calls to landscape contractors, small masons, and other local businesses to expand our reach.
Stay current on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert guidance.Retail Store Management:
Gather customer feedback to assist the purchasing team in meeting client needs effectively.
Oversee and maintain the retail displays, ensuring accurate labeling and organized displays of all products.
Create and update promotional signage, including specials, holiday notices, and new product announcements.
Manage the sample library and literature, ensuring easy accessibility and proper organization.
Collaborate with the yard team to maintain clear and accurate product signage.Growth Opportunities:

Bilingual (a plus) in English & Spanish.
Experience in retail or sales—construction or masonry industry experience preferred but not required (we provide training!).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time efficiently.
Ability to create and implement procedures effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; CRM knowledge is a plus.
Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset, and results-driven.
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willingness to work Saturdays is required. - Salary
