In the 1980s Randy began his career in the building industry with a carpenter’s toolbelt on. By 1999 he had met Stephen Ditri, and they co-founded Gatehouse Partners – a custom construction company founded on the principle that a smaller company could offer a focused, hands-on approach in bringing your plans to life. 25 years in business later, the Gatehouse team remains committed to building quality homes and trusting relationships.

37 Byram Road, CT – MODERN CONTEMPORARY Full Renovation. In addition to the full renovation, Gatehouse was contracted to install a custom glass elevator.

30 Wynkoop Lane, NY – CONTEMPORARY COUNTRY ESTATE New Construction. Gatehouse was contracted to build this single-family home from the ground up.

45 Husted Lane, CT – MODERN EUROPEAN Renovation. Gatehouse was contracted to renovate the stairs, and primary suite.
