COMPANY HISTORY:
DeRosa Builders was founded by Anthony DeRosa in 2010. In 2011, Michael joined DeRosa builders where they began to build mostly spec homes through 2014. The company has since built itself on reputation and trust growing into one of the premiere contracting business in Fairfield County and beyond. Our team, along with our many trusted trade partners, architects and designers have consistently provided our clients with a high end product we can all be proud of. For 15 years we continue to raise the bar.

LATEST PROJECT:
We recently renovated 11,500 square feet of a main house, the dock house, the carriage house and the grounds of a historic home overlooking Indian Harbor. The project demanded perfection and we delivered a $23M masterpiece. DeRosa Builders proceeded to win 3 HOBI Awards for this home.
